The Henderson Police Supervisors Association (HPSA) was founded in 2005 and represents police and corrections sergeants and lieutenants from the Henderson Police Department.
The HPSA represents our members in collective bargaining, internal investigations, grievances, contract and policy violations, deferred compensation plan and policy review, and hosting member social events. Health and welfare benefits are provided through the Joint Benefits Agreement we participate in with the Henderson Police Officers’ Association, the International Association of Fire Fighters Local 1883, and the City of Henderson.
The HPSA is a member of the Nevada Association of Public Safety Officers (NAPSO). Member full service legal representation is provided through our affiliation with NAPSO.
The HPSA participates in political outreach and charitable and community service initiatives for the benefit or our members and the community. The HPSA is involved in political endorsements through our affiliation and partnerships with NAPSO and the Nevada Law Enforcement Coalition (NLEC). The NLEC is a statewide coalition consisting of nearly every law enforcement association in the State of Nevada.
The HPSA Executive Board consists of a President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, four Police Trustees, and one Corrections Trustee, who serve two-year terms. The Executive Board strives to provide the members and Association with the best benefits and services available.
